Part Time - Food Service Assistant

About the role

Join a modern Italian-inspired steakhouse team as a Server Assistant / Food Runner. Assist the service team by supporting water, bread, and beverage service, and ensuring tables are cleared, reset, and maintained with care. Help servers and runners deliver timely, polished guest service while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, upholding brand standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support water, bread, and beverage service
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables
• Prepare the expo line with necessary items
• Inspect outgoing food for quality and presentation
• Ensure sanitation and readiness of the dining space
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience (luxury or fine dining preferred)
• Food Handler's Card
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability
