Part Time Food Runner

About the Role

If you can’t sit still, hate the idea of sitting at a desk all day, and want to start in the Food and Beverage industry, the Runner position is an excellent opportunity. You’ll provide excellent service to guests and support to our service staff with your capable hands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
• Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenishing drinks and utensils, cleaning spills, and attending to guest requests.
• Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assisting with delivering food, retrieving supplies as required, and organizing and cleaning all stations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to think on your feet and keep up in high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, carry/lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend/twist, climb stairs, and more.
• Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
