- Consults with customers on their rental
- Maximizes revenue opportunities by offering products and services
- Overcomes customer objections
- Ensures customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttles customers
- Prepares vehicles for customer pick-up
- Cleans vehicles
- Assesses damage
- Fuels vehicles
- Refills all fluids
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ownership, accountability, and initiative
- All auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete responsibilities
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
