Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Consults with customers on their rental needs.
• Maximizes revenue opportunities by offering products and services and overcoming customer objections.
• Ensures customers receive world-class customer service and sales support.
• Shuttles customers.
• Prepares vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• All auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
