What You’ll Do
- Coach clients one-on-one through safe, effective, technology-based strength-training sessions
- Build positive relationships and help clients feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged
- Learn each client’s goals and help them recognize their progress
- Maintain accurate client notes and complete routine administrative responsibilities
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for clients
- Assist with introductory sessions for prospective clients
- Explain our programs and help prospective clients choose the right option
- Work collaboratively with the coaching team to provide an exceptional client experience
Schedule and Availability
- This position offers approximately 10–20 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours
- Most shifts are approximately four hours
- We have opportunities for both morning and afternoon availability, although afternoon and closing (7 pm) coverage remains our greatest need
- Candidates with primarily morning availability may still be considered
- Applicants should clearly indicate the days and times they are consistently available
- Rotating Saturday availability from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., approximately one to two days per month, is expected
- We will work with the right candidate to create a consistent schedule within our operating hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed - Hours may increase as the studio continues to grow
Training, Pay, And Benefits
- Starting pay of $18–$20 per hour, based on relevant experience
