Part Time Fitness Attendant

Responsibilities

• Know and greet members by name.
• Register member/guests by last name first, first name last, and always get proper billing information, requests, and gender preference.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker room and wet areas throughout AM and PM shifts.
• Assist in keeping all Fitness/Tennis storage space clean and organized.
• Review communication logbook at the start of each shift.
• Record information regarding member/guest issues, housekeeping, engineering, pools, hot tubs, and steam rooms to shift supervisor/manager.
• Complete and initial all opening and closing checklists and turn into shift supervisor/manager.
• Know current hours of operation for the following areas: Fitness, Spa Salon, Kid's Club, Spa Shop, Coffee Market, Aquatics, Tennis, and Pool Cabana.

Requirements

• 6 months’ experience and training in a similar position in the hotel/resort/guest service industry.
• Computer experience and MICROS experience is helpful.
• Must have excellent phone skills.
• The Associate is often required to stand, walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to lift moderate weight.
