Part-Time Faculty - Accounting (South)

About the role

Teaching Accounting related coursework. Part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Teach Accounting coursework using various delivery methods.
• May be required to teach evening and/or weekend classes.
• Work for the duration of the assigned course on an “as needed” basis.
• May require physical presence at the assigned on‑site work location.
• Part‑time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full‑time employees.

Qualifications

• Required: Master's Degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Prior experience teaching Accounting coursework in higher education.

Pay

Salary Grade: AH; salary is determined according to the Board‑approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year.

Schedule

Teaching assignments may include evening and/or weekend classes, and faculty work for the duration of the specified course on an as‑needed basis.
