We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's parse the posting. We have: - About ClearHome Self Storage (company description) - not a section heading per rules; we can include as prose maybe under a generic? The rules say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They say do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include company description as a

maybe before sections. - Base Pay Rate: $17/HR Status: Part-Time (15-20 hours, during office hours with some flexibility , up to 4 hours a day 5 days a week ) -> This gives Pay and Schedule info. - About The Role: paragraph describing role. - Then bullet-like sentences: Manage facility maintenance..., Maintain property cleanliness..., Coordinate vendor visits..., Provide customer service..., Support U-Haul operations..., Ensure safety compliance... These are duties/responsibilities. - What We're Looking For: bullet-like sentences: Strong communicators..., Detail-oriented problem solvers..., Proficiency with technology..., Proactive and safety-first mindset... These are requirements/qualifications/skills. - Benefits And Growth: Competitive pay. 401(k) with company match and paid time off. - Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and use a 10-ft ladder as needed. Perform daily property inspections and conduct routine maintenance tasks. Frequently lift or move items up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs. Drive and park moving box trucks up to 26 ft. Ability to lift, move, and attach trailers (such as U-Haul) to vehicles, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs. - Please take note that the nature of the position does not allow for remote opportunities. (metadata, can be short p) - The Pay Range For This Role Is 17 - 17 USD per hour(Salisbury (StorMor)) (duplicate pay info) We need to avoid duplication. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine some: For example, "About The Role" can be About the role section. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe the "What We're Looking For" items. Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could combine. Skills: maybe technology proficiency. Benefits: Competitive pay, 401(k) with company match and paid time off. Pay: $17/hr. Schedule: Part-Time (15-20 hours, during office hours with some flexibility, up to 4 hours a day 5 days a week). We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

As a Facility Manager, you will oversee maintenance tasks, support security efforts, and communicate with the onsite team, leadership, and customers to keep the facility running efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage facility maintenance by completing light repairs (hasp replacements, lightbulbs, HVAC filters, etc.), submitting work orders, and ensuring work is completed to standard.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and security, preparing vacant units, conducting daily and weekly inspections, and monitoring cameras for security gaps or safety concerns.
  • Coordinate vendor visits onsite and assist in sourcing new vendors, working with leadership to ensure timely repairs and operational efficiency.
  • Provide customer service while onsite, assisting with inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for tenants.
  • Support U-Haul operations and auctions, including checking in/out trucks and trailers, conducting inventory, and confirming move-outs.
  • Ensure safety compliance, following PPE requirements and company policies in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong communicators who can collaborate with the onsite team, leadership, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented problem solvers who take ownership of tasks and ensure high facility standards.
  • Proactive and safety-first mindset, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Skills

  • Proficiency with technology, including work order systems, communication tools, and facility management software.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay.
  • 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Pay

$17 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑Time (15‑20 hours per week, during office hours with some flexibility, up to 4 hours a day, 5 days a week).

We also need to include physical requirements? Not a specified section; could be part of Requirements or maybe we could add a section "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed list. The allowed list includes only those headings; we should not create extra headings. We could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or maybe as a

under Requirements. But we already have Requirements list; we could add another bullet under Requirements for physical requirements. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we could also add other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they expect us to use those headings only. It also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should try to fit physical requirements into Requirements or maybe Qualifications. We have Requirements and Qualifications separate; we could put physical requirements under Qualifications. Let's add a Qualifications section. Thus we will have:

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and use a 10‑ft ladder as needed.
  • Perform daily property inspections and conduct routine maintenance tasks.
  • Frequently lift or move items up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Drive and park moving box trucks up to 26 ft.
  • Ability to lift, move, and attach trailers (such as U‑Haul) to vehicles, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we didn't repeat content. The "What We're Looking For" we split into Requirements (soft skills) and Skills (tech). Good. Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We removed. We need to ensure we didn't include duplicated lines like Pay Range repeated. We have Pay section only once. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any stray text: Ensure we close tags properly. We'll output:
