Renewal by Andersen is hiring Part-Time Events Ambassadors to represent our brand at home shows, retail activations, festivals, and community events. This role is designed for people who want to layer flexible work hours around other commitments—whether that’s a day job, school, family responsibilities, or another part-time role. Shifts are event-driven and typically occur outside traditional business hours, when customers are most available and events are happening. If you’re outgoing, reliable, and comfortable talking to people, this is a fun, fast-paced way to earn extra income — with bonus potential tied to performance. You are the first impression of our brand, and your professionalism and energy matter. The work environment is event-based, fast-paced, mixing indoor and outdoor events, requiring standing and engaging with the public for extended periods in a team-oriented, high-energy setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, retail locations, home shows, and festivals
• Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversations
• Educate customers on our products, promotions, and in-home consultation process
• Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
• Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Accurately capture customer information using tablets or mobile systems

Success in this role looks like consistently setting qualified appointments, showing up prepared and on time, delivering a positive professional customer experience, and improving results through coaching and feedback.

Schedule

This is a flexible role with shifts varying including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak community event times. Weekly hours will vary based on event schedules, ideal for candidates seeking supplemental income or flexible hours that work around other priorities.

Skills

Pay

$20/hour base + performance-based incentives
