About the role
Bonclarken offers various opportunities for staff members to work with children and youth in a Christian environment. Positions include counselor, CIT, Bible teacher, Foodservice, Guest Services, Office, and Recreation.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the spiritual growth of campers and staff
- Leading activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Assisting with daily camp operations
- Participating in team-building activities and training sessions
Requirements
- Pass a background check
- Commitment to Christian values and principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience working with children and youth preferred
