Part-Time Event Bartender (Flexible Schedule)

Très L.A. is looking for polished, experienced bartenders to join our on-call team for busy nights at Très L.A. Bistro & Bar, as well as select catering events at the Pacific Design Center and other event locations. This is ideal for bartenders looking to pick up occasional, high-quality shifts alongside another job or commitment. The schedule is sporadic and based on event and business needs, so applicants must have night and weekend availability. What You’ll Do Provide friendly, polished, and efficient bar service in a restaurant and event settingPrepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standardsSet up, stock, break down, and clean bar stations before and after serviceMaintain a clean, organized, guest-ready bar throughout the shiftHandle cash/POS transactions accurately when assignedWork closely with servers, captains, managers, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless serviceFollow all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and company policies What We’re Looking For Prior bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, catering, event, or high-volume hospitality environmentPolished, professional, guest-focused presenceStrong cocktail knowledge and ability to work quickly without sacrificing qualityComfortable with setup, breakdown, lifting, cleaning, and other physical event-service dutiesReliable transportation and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights—sometimes as late as 3:00 AMFlexible availability and interest in picking up shifts as they become availableCurrent Responsible Beverage Service certification, where required If you enjoy working memorable events, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want flexible opportunities to pick up shifts with a great hospitality team, we’d love to hear from you.
