Responsibilities

• Provide care for dogs and cats across wellness, urgent, and emergency needs.
• Thrive in urgent and emergency medicine.
• Work in a part-time swing shift role, working 6–8 shifts per month, including at least one full weekend.
• Collaborate with the team across departments to support continuity of care, clear communication, and efficient case management in a fast-moving clinical environment.

Requirements

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado.
• Experience in emergency and urgent care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-throughput environment.
• Ability to prioritize patient care and maintain consistent quality of care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (VMD).
• Passionate about providing accessible, high-quality veterinary care.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Current Clinic Hours: Mon–Sun: 7:00am – 10:00pm (urgent & emergency services available during operating hours)
