About the role
We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) healthcare professionals such as EMTs, Paramedics, LVNs/LPNs, or RNs to work in plasma donation centers.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and assess donor suitability
- Build rapport with donors and ensure confidentiality
- Educate donors on health and test results
- Manage injuries and assist in employee training
- Administer vaccines
- Evaluate medical histories to maintain donor safety
Requirements
- Current licensure, certification, or registration in the relevant state
- CPR certification
Skills
- Physical stamina and precise hand movements
- Ability to perform bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
