About the role

This role involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or caregivers, and ensuring continuity of care.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license required.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
