Role Overview
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with medical providers and care teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient pain and condition
- Perform procedures and monitor patients
- Document care accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications to promote self-management
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Active RN license
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment
