Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities.
• The role is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients, and communicating across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.
