About the Role
As an educator at Right At School, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enriching the lives of young learners. Your primary responsibilities include organizing lesson materials, delivering engaging curriculum, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children.
Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities
- Document attendance, incidents, and observations
- Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager for professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
- Educational background in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field (college credits preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- Strong communication skills with varied audiences
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Pass relevant certifications and tests (CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.)

Pay
$16-$19 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule
Monday-Friday: 6:45 AM-9:00 AM and 3:15 PM-6:00 PM* (Schedule may vary)
