Hours

  • Monday - Friday, 1 - 6pm
    (Program hours will vary depending on school location.)

    $21 - $24/hour (based on education and experience)

    You’ll Drive The Mission

    • Review goals and updates each day
    • Share ideas and discuss professional progress
    • Encourage collaboration and team accountability

    Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities

    • Prepare activities and curriculum for the day
    • Ensure activities align with program objectives
    • Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum
    • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
    • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
    • Monitor the environment and address potential hazards
    • Follow all safety protocols
    • Document attendance, incidents, and other observations

    Communication

    • Effective communication with a varied audience
    • Children, parents, staff, and school personnel

    Qualifications

    • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
    • Works well in a team environment
    • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred
    • Ability to lift 25lbs
    • Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

    California Requirements

    • Ability to meet state-specific requirements
    • Cleared tuberculosis test and health screening
    • Authorized to work in the US
    • 18+ years of age
    • Proof of High School diploma/GED required
    • LiveScan fingerprint background check cleared
