Part Time Educator (Addison School District)

About the role

Right At School is seeking dedicated educators to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We provide safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for students in 17 states across the country.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play.
• Communicate effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Mentor and guide children in a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

Qualifications

• Works well in a team environment.

• Meets state-specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.

Pay

$16-19/hour (dependent on education and experience).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:45- 8:30 am and 3:00 - 6:00 pm* Hours may vary per individual school.
