Responsibilities Learning Needs Assessment Evaluates client educational goals and training requirements. Identifies gaps in skills, curriculum, and instructional resources. Product & Solutions Expertise Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Laerdal Education Services portfolio, including economic, clinical, and educational benefits. Uses product expertise to match the right solutions to customer needs. Consultative Recommendations Advises clients on appropriate products, services, and programs to enhance their training capabilities. Tailors recommendations to the developmental stage and goals of each client. Customized Training Support Applies product knowledge to support client development through customized and standard training. Contributes to curricular planning, courseware utilization (including SimStore), training plans, lesson plans, and specialized training materials. Operational & Systems Compliance Follows organizational policies and procedures. Maintains proficiency in required systems such as Salesforce. Requirements Ideal candidate must reside within a 60-mile radius of Seattle, WA BS or equivalent in a medical discipline &/or, BA or equivalent in teaching & education. 3-5 years’ experience in clinical practice or teaching. Experience with Laerdal’s high fidelity simulators. Experience in/with the following areas is highly desirable: Clinical education and/or healthcare environments, license and/or certification in a recognized standard such as NREMT or RN Medical computer or simulation-based training Daily Rate: $750 per SA ("Teaching Rate" - includes time, materials, and meals), $500 for travel and training Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
