About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. The role involves coordinating patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care.
• Analyze medical history, diagnostics, and current status to develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team for effective care planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification from Red Cross or AHA.
