About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge, promoting professional practice, and coordinating care through collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care.
• Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards and policies.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions to meet care goals.
• Collaborate with care team for effective planning and execution of care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification.
