About the role
ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury. Founded over 35 years ago, we develop programs tailored to the diverse needs of clients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, including post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Support clients in therapies
- Drive and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and outings
- Provide assistance and supervision to promote clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 5 years of direct support professional experience)
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of neurological disorders
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
