Part-Time Driver | Three Leaf Catering

Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for a part-time Driver within Three Leaf Catering in our campus Hospitality department.

Key Responsibilities

• Cookout and execute timely deliveries of food service products, catering equipment, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store all incoming products within the Center for Culinary Excellence (CCE).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for CCE dock areas and vehicles, adhering to Food Service guidelines.
• Operate CCE equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Work effectively in various CCE environments, including coolers, freezers, and the warehouse.
• Aid in other Food Services areas as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle equipment, supplies, and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain physical activity for extended periods, including driving, walking, and performing repetitive movements.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Strictly adhere to food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.
