We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. Must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Pay: $16.45 Hr. Also mentions Daily Pay, eligibility for paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, retirement plan contributions, PSLF eligibility. Also mentions Part-Time positions available! Weekends preferred. Donation hours 9am to 6pm Daily. So schedule info: part-time, weekends preferred, donation hours 9am-6pm daily. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, retirement plan contributions (pre-tax or post-tax Roth), DailyPay voluntary benefit, PSLF eligibility. Also maybe mention eligibility for paid holidays etc. So Benefits section. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: One (1) year of retail experience preferred. Other: Must be able to make decisions by following Goodwill standards and guidelines. Must have basic computer skills to log into computer system to order supplies and send/receive email. Must be able to work in various weather conditions with varying temperatures. Must be able to use safety equipment to assist with lifting heavy objects such as a dolly or pallet jack. Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers. Must be able to work a varied schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays with occasional overtime as necessary. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: list of duties: greeting customers, accepting donations, unloading, handling goods with care, sorting, inspecting donations, maintaining safe organized clean environment, maintaining remote donation centers, tracking donation levels, communicating when warehouse/trailer full, following policies, assisting drivers loading/unloading, following safety processes, cross-train, act as backup, may report to store ADC, etc. Skills: maybe derived from qualifications: customer service skills, basic computer skills, ability to lift, communication, etc. But we should not invent. We can include a Skills section if there is explicit mention of skills. The posting mentions "Excellent customer service skills are a must!" Also "Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English." "Must have basic computer skills". "Must be able to use safety equipment". Could treat these as skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role (maybe from Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Qualifications (Education, Experience, Other), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed as separate if covered. About the role: Job Summary paragraph: "The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC). The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated." We can put that as About the role. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, Safe & Drug-free Workplace, Physical Requirements (maybe we could include? It's substantive but it's a detailed physical requirements table. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep Physical Requirements? It's not one of the prescribed headings but we could include as a section maybe "Physical Requirements". However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It lists examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. But they also say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we could add a Physical Requirements section if we want, but they didn't list it as example; but they didn't forbid other headings. However they gave examples; maybe they expect only those. Safer to stick to those headings. Physical requirements could be placed under Qualifications or Responsibilities? It's not exactly qualifications but could be under Qualifications as "Physical Requirements". But we have a Qualifications heading already; we could add a sub-list? But we must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could embed physical requirements as a list under Qualifications. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include physical requirements as a list under Qualifications. Now we need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So remove lines about Goodwill is an Equal Opportunity Employer, E-Verify, Safe & Drug-free Workplace, etc. Also remove "Please Note: This position will be posted through 9/28/2026*". That's metadata; could be folded into a short

or drop it. Probably drop it as minor metadata. Also remove "Part-Time positions are available! Weekends preferred." That's schedule info; we keep. Now produce HTML. Structure:

We could also include physical requirements as a list under Qualifications. But we already have a list; we could add another list for Physical Requirements. However we might just incorporate physical requirements into the Qualifications list as items. But the physical requirements are a detailed table; we could convert each line to list items. That would preserve info. Let's do that: add a subheading? Not allowed? We could just add more list items under Qualifications. But that mixes education/experience with physical requirements. Might be okay. Alternatively we could add a separate section "Physical Requirements". Since they didn't list it but didn't forbid, but to be safe we could incorporate into Qualifications as a list. Let's extract physical requirements from the table: Continuously (5-8 hours) Frequently (3-4 hours) Occasionally (1-2 hours) Never LIFTING: (as defined by ADA) Heavy: 45 lbs & over - FREQUENTLY Moderate: 15-44 lbs - CONTINUOUSLY Light: 14 lbs & under - FREQUENTLY Carrying Heavy: 45 lbs & over - FREQUENTLY Moderate: 15-44 lbs - FREQUENTLY Light: 14 lbs & under - FREQUENTLY PUSHING/PULLING - FREQUENTLY Reaching Above Shoulder - FREQUENTLY At Shoulder - CONTINUOUSLY Below Shoulder - CONTINUOUSLY TWISTING - FREQUENTLY BENDING - FREQUENTLY KNEELING/CRAWLING - FREQUENTLY SQUAT - FREQUENTLY Climbing Use of legs only (stairs) - OCCASIONALLY Use of arms & legs (ladders) - OCCASIONALLY HEARING - FREQUENTLY Vision Visual, close - CONTINUOUSLY Visual, distant - OCCASIONALLY Visual, depth perception - FREQUENTLY Hands/Fingers Simple grasping - CONTINUOUSLY Fine Manipulation - FREQUENTLY Repetitive Movements - CONTINUOUSLY WALKING - CONTINUOUSLY STANDING - CONTINUOUSLY SITTING - NEVER SPEAKING - CONTINUOUSLY OTHER, please describe - CONTINUOUSLY - Working in various weather conditions/varying temperatures*.
