Part Time District Manager

Schedule

We are seeking a District Manager who can work with a set schedule that includes No Nights and No Weekends. This position offers a schedule that allows for better time management and prioritization of personal life.

Position Requirements

• Work with customers to help them achieve their desired look
• Main duties include onboarding new staff, training on company systems, setup new salons, liaison with communities, and covering behind the chair as needed
• Must have an Active State License (e.g., licensed in each field of practice)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Careful and compassionate attitude
• Experience working with seniors is a plus

Details and Requirements

• Total sign-on bonus of $1,000, paid in installments
• 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
• 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS
• 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS
• RSS policies and protocols must be adhered to for full payment of the bonus
• If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments
