About the role
We are growing rapidly and we are seeking District Manager. If you have multi-unit experience in a salon setting then this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want
- Main duties include onboarding new staff, training on company systems, setup new salons, liaison with communities, cover behind the chair as needed.
Requirements
- Active State License (i.e., licensed in each field of practice)
- Minimum 3 years experience is required.
- Provide Hair/Nail services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Careful and caring
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
