Responsibilities
- Set up and operate dishwashing stations and machines according to instructions
- Wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
- Maintain sanitation logs and complete cleaning tasks for kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
- Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
- Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
- Support dining service duties as needed
