Part-time Direct Support Professional (Pool/PRN)

About the role

The role involves providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living activities, socialization, and health management.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in performing basic self-care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Facilitate social interactions and community integration activities.
• Monitor and assist with medication management.
• Document progress and communicate with families and professionals involved in the individual’s care plan.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
