About the role
The role involves providing direct support services to individuals with disabilities, focusing on daily living activities and socialization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Help with medication management
- Facilitate communication between clients and external service providers
- Engage in recreational activities and outings
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition
- Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Pass a background check and criminal history review
