About the role
Provide direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities
- Support individuals in accessing community resources
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pass a background check and criminal history review
