Part Time - Dining Room Server

About the role

Provide high-quality meal service and foster a gracious environment through accurate communication, order taking, and relaying orders to kitchen staff. Offer exceptional customer service by engaging with residents and learning their preferences, dietary needs, and requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary environment, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and floors after each meal
• Assist with special functions and oversee bistro areas, including food presentation, stock management, and beverage service
• Ensure hot foods are served hot and cold foods cold
• Participate in quality assurance activities
• Attend all required trainings and meetings
• Be present during full meal service and support a positive dining experience for residents
• Demonstrate core values: love, kindness, honesty, goodness, fairness, respect
• Comply with ADA, health, infection control, OSHA, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Preferred experience in healthcare or restaurant dietary departments (not mandatory)
