Part Time - Dining Room Server

About the Role

Provide high-quality meal service in a gracious environment, ensuring accurate communication, order-taking, and exceptional customer service to residents. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including sanitizing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing food presentation and stock in the bistro.

Responsibilities

• Be present during full meal service and assist with special functions as scheduled.
• Learn residents' names, dietary preferences, and requests to personalize service.
• Serve hot foods hot and cold foods cold, ensuring quality standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and attend all training and meetings.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with core values: love, kindness, honesty, fairness, respect.
• Previous experience in dietary services or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of ADA, health, safety, infection control, and OSHA regulations.

Schedule
