Part-Time Dietitian

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional needs
• Develop and implement personalized dietary plans
• Educate patients on healthy eating habits
• Instruct on post-discharge diets
• Monitor nutritional status
• Evaluate referral orders
• Document in medical records
• Conduct calorie counts
• Review and revise menus
• Assist with special dietary needs
• Provide personalized nutrition counseling
• Ensure nutritional adequacy of menus
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Promote health and wellness through dietary guidance in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• State licensure required
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Food & Nutrition
• Preferred membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
• Clinical Dietetics experience is advantageous
