Part-Time Dietitian

The role involves providing nutritional care by assessing participants' medical and nutritional histories, recommending interventions, and developing personalized care plans. It requires maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies, ensuring ethical and professional conduct. The position includes educating participants, families, staff, and providers on diet, food safety, and sanitation, and documenting all relevant information in the electronic medical record (EMR). Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaboration with healthcare professionals are essential duties. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics or related field, is registered or eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and has necessary state licensure and certifications, including CPR/BCLS and food safety. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, with full-time benefits.
