Part Time Dietitian
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Part-Time Dietitian at Baylor Inpatient Rehab (BIR) in Frisco, TX.
About the Hospital
Baylor Inpatient Rehab has 42 beds in the booming Frisco suburb north of Dallas. The dedicated staff at this hospital provides rehabilitation care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic, and other debilitating conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
- Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Schedule
Fridays and rotating weekends, with additional hours available depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in nutrition or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred
- Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care
Conditions of employment may include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
