Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety protocols
- Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest assistance
- Execute additional duties as assigned, including PA announcements
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
- Ability to work well with others and learn multiple tasks
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations preferred
- Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills
- At least 18 years old
- Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision
