About the Role

A part-time position focused on providing exceptional guest service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior guest service and actively engage with customers
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service tasks
• Conduct PA announcements as needed
• Complete additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
• Ability to work well with others and learn multiple tasks
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations preferred
• Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
