Part Time Deli Clerk

About the role

Provide excellent guest service through deli department activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and interact friendly
• Prepare products for sale by frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and stock levels
• Ensure sanitation standards in all prep, cooler, freezer, and sales areas
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management
• Keep supply areas clean and organized
• Perform front porch duties, announce specials, and assist with product receiving and storage
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
