Part-Time Deli Clerk

Role Overview

Provide excellent guest service through deli department activities, including product preparation, maintaining quality and freshness, and ensuring sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and interact courteously.
• Prepare products for sale by frying, slicing, weighing, and pricing.
• Maintain product levels, quality, and freshness.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
• Keep supply areas organized and assist with product receiving and storage.
• Perform front porch duties, such as maintaining guest arrival standards.
• Announce specials and sales using the PA system.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality with effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work well with others and lift up to 25 lbs. consistently (50 lbs. occasionally).
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
