Part-Time Deli Clerk

About the role

Provide exceptional guest service through deli department activities, including preparing products, maintaining quality and freshness, and ensuring sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely
• Prepare and display deli products
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management
• Keep work areas tidy
• Perform front porch duties
• Announce specials
• Assist with product receiving and storage

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
