Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to ensure excellent guest experiences, safety, and food safety compliance. It contributes to the store's financial goals by maintaining product quality and merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plansPackage, label, and merchandise products per plan and expectationsStock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating items appropriatelyCollaborate with other departments to support store growthNotify managers about product and supply needsFollow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelinesAssist with tasks in other departments as requiredAdhere to PPE, safety, and cleaning protocols Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED preferredOne year of retail or related experience preferredBasic math skills and ability to interpret documentsAttention to detail and strong communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and twisting. The environment includes varied temperatures and typical retail noise levels.
