Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Summary: This position involves independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to meet company standards and enhance the guest experience. The role requires adherence to safety, food safety, and merchandising guidelines, as well as collaborating with team members to support store growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plansPackage, label, and merchandise products per planStock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating casesCoordinate with other departments and notify managers of supply needsFollow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest service protocolsAssist with tasks in other departments as needed Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience in retail or related fields preferredStrong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skillsDetail-oriented with good communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
