Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to support store operations and ensure customer satisfaction. It requires adhering to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards while contributing to the store's financial interests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plansPackage, label, and merchandise products following planogramsStock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating items appropriatelyCollaborate with team members and notify managers about supply needsFollow safety, PPE, food safety, and cleaning protocolsMaintain guest experience standards and assist in other departments as neededPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferredAt least one year of retail or related experience preferredStrong reading, writing, and comprehension skillsBasic math proficiencyDetail-oriented with good communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
