Job Overview
Cub Stillwater is seeking a part-time deli team member to assist with food preparation, provide accurate and courteous service, and manage deli cases.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists with food preparation
- Provides customers with accurate, prompt, and courteous service
- Sets, fills, and rotates deli cases and displays
- Affixes product to shelves
- Breaks down department and performs cleaning duties
- Fulfills other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Equipment operation (compactor, coffee pot, pallet jack, highboy cart, box cutter, tongs, scales, Cry-O-Vac machine, steamer, slicer, wrapper, knives, chicken fryer, chicken hot case, food processor, pizza oven)
- Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
- Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- The position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age and older
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying up to 60 lbs
- Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
- Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil

Schedule
Shifts vary between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Pay
UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
