Job Duties
- Manage data processes to support the grants office, enabling it to focus on data interpretation and strategy development for the JFF: Project Access grant.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all collection and reporting processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Cooky with CTE Directors and internal instructors to identify data needs, collect relevant information, and align program evaluation with instructional goals.
- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify trends.
- Work closely with the Coordinator of Grants, handling data management, interpreting results, and developing actionable strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- A.S. degree in Business, Education, Public Policy, or related field; a Bachelor’s degree preferred; and three (3) years of office work required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must possess organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks as required.
