Part-Time Dance Instructor/Choreographer

About the role

You’re the Queen (or King!) Bee of every DivaDance class, teaching clients original choreography to songs ranging from Bey to Biebs. Our classes are for all levels and follow a consistent DivaDance format.

Responsibilities

• Create and teach original choreography for adult students
• Teach DivaDance classes following a consistent format
• Work in existing facilities with reliable transportation
• Earn compensation starting at $30 per class, increasing with additional classes

Requirements

• Experience teaching and choreographing for adults
• Bonus points for former dance team/drill team/cheerleaders experience
• Submit a video of your original choreography as part of the application process

Qualifications

• Big personality and ability to engage adult students
• Super responsive via phone/text
• No flakes or last-minute excuse-makers needed

Skills

Pay

Compensation starts at $30 per class, and increases as you teach more classes.

Schedule

We are looking for you to teach 1-2 classes per week - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to teach at our studios in Arlington, TX and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes!
