Part-Time Dance Instructor/Choreographer
About the role
You’re the Queen (or King!) Bee of every DivaDance class, teaching clients original choreography to songs ranging from Bey to Biebs. Our classes are for all levels and follow a consistent DivaDance format. Our ideal candidate has a big personality, experience creating choreography and teaching adults, and is super responsive via phone/text. Flakes or last-minute excuse-makers need not apply! This is a great role for someone who wants to earn extra Venmo or manicure money while doing what they LOVE.
Responsibilities
- Create original choreography for adult students to songs ranging from Beyoncé to Justin Bieber
- Teach DivaDance classes following a consistent format
- Engage and motivate adult students of all levels
- Be responsive via phone/text
Requirements
- Experience teaching and/or choreographing for teens or adults
- Bonus points for former dance team/drill team/cheerleaders
Qualifications
- Submit a video of your original choreography as part of the application process

Pay
Compensation starts at $35 per class.
Schedule
We are looking for you to teach 1-3 classes per week - either mornings, evenings, or weekends. You can expect to teach at our studio (located at 11035 Philips Highway Jacksonville, FL 32256) or one of our partner studios at the Beaches, and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes!
