Part-Time Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the “face of the bank” by providing a superior customer experience to our bank customers in Western’s day-to-day business. This position is responsible for delivering a positive and impactful impression through an exceptional, accurate, and efficient customer experience, as well as providing solution-based business development and referrals aligned with our organization’s vision, core values, and team guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Customer Transactions: Handle transactions with customers in person or via phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional, and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines.
• Referrals: Refer customers to other departments by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions.
• Standard and Miscellaneous CSR Tasks: Balance drawer on a daily basis, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with miscellaneous internal projects.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Schedule

25 hours per week, generally scheduled between the hours of 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
