Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:
• Booking appointments
• Understanding general priority booking knowledge
• Providing tech ETA
• Deescalating customer concerns
• Understanding field availability for effective booking
• Handle text and chat engagements with the customers
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Create and update customer profiles

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious team player
• Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
• Clear background check and drug screen
• Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred

Pay

$18.50-$25.00 per hour, Monday - Friday for mid shift!
